Tackit — Terms of Use

This is a translation of the Turkish original. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Acceptance
Tackit (the Android app and tackitapp.com) is developed by 7Towers. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Children under 13 may not use it.
2. Your account
Keep your information accurate and do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
3. Your content
The notes and lists you write are yours. You give us only the permission needed to provide the service: to store them, sync them between your devices and show them to the people you choose. You are responsible for the content you share.
4. Prohibited content and behavior
The following are prohibited in shared notes, lists and groups:
- harassment, threats, insults, hate speech, bullying
- sexual content; any content that exploits children (reported to the authorities)
- content that encourages violence, self-harm or terrorism
- illegal goods or services, fraud, gambling, spam
- sharing other people's personal information without permission, impersonating someone else
- copyright infringement, viruses or harmful links
- deliberately overloading the system, abusing it with automated tools
5. Reporting and blocking
If you come across an inappropriate shared note, list or person, let us know with Report in the app. With Block you can stop that person from sending you shares. We review reports as soon as possible. For review, a copy of the reported content is sent to the administrator.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content that violates these terms. We may warn an account, block it from writing, suspend it or close it. If unlawful content is reported to us, we remove it as required by Turkish Law No. 5651. When required by law, we may share information with the competent authorities.
7. Liability
Tackit is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors. We recommend backing up your important notes with "Export notes". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss.
8. Paid features
The price and terms of paid features such as Tackit Pro are clearly shown before purchase.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time with Settings → Delete my account.
10. Changes
If the terms change, they are published on this page. We announce important changes in the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
